Bikram Method Hatha Yoga, "the Original Hot Yoga," is a sequence of 26 stretching postures, or asanas, and 2 breathing exercises practiced in a heated room.
This series has been carefully designed by yogiraj, Bikram Choudhury, to work the entire body systematically. The heated room is a safe environment for deep stretching without the risk of injury, helping to relieve resistant joints, muscles and ligaments while flushing the organs of toxins and restoring the body’s natural balance — just as nature intended.
